Look for chakoteh when she is on. she makes them left and right and always has a bazaar full.

Both Tricant and I cook, he is way up there but I do make jack o's and sell them.
Recipe is 1 beeswax, 1 ogre pumpkin, 1 fire crystal
buy the ingredients, minus fire crystals for me since I have TONS, send me (or Tricant) ingredients, and you will get the resulting Jack-o's
they sell for 2K at AH, cost is between 1k to 1300k, depending on price of things.
