Tara's xbox died recently so bought a new 1.

When we tried to boot from original hard drive it wanted to re-install ffxi.

Which we did last night, all installed & fine, but for the life of us cant see how to install the WotG expansion disc anywhere.

Any one got any ideas??

dont you have to get onto first part of playonline before you sign in then down list is install and if ya got ur wotg disc in itll show wings of godess to install it does on mine

They Do have a all in one exspansion just like for the PC where you dont have to buy separte. you should try and buy that one and in stall it at one time.

Yeah was hopeing wouldnt have to buy another disc but looking that way

If you get really stuck, I can send you my disc? I'm pretty sure all expansions are linked to your POL ID. So you just need to install the files. I play on PC, but if this is possible, and you don't mind sending it back once you are done, you can borrow my 360 WoTG disk.

Lol PC disk wouldn't work for Xbox, Those disk are coded to prevent hacking (Like ROMs and Emulators trying to steal the latest games and place on PC). And knowing the video game industry (and SE) they would code it such you would be forced to purchase a verison for each system the game is ran on. So I highly doubt it would work.

Got one sorted now ty, just got all the bloody running about to get the maws & stuff now ><
