OK, I still really want this, and looking on ffxiah we could make a nice chunk of gil just from the trigger NM's, or people could just keep the items. Ill start pestering tonight. Looks as though a party of 75's can handle the triggers, as long as we have a couple of stunners a THF and a PLD, yeah you know who i'm talking to.

Hey guys thanks so much for coming along last night, I didn't get a chance to say thanks properly as the mrs woke up in a strop cos I was still on my computer. I had quite good fun. Old Spongeshell was a lot more of a challenge than I was expecting! Dunno how any of you feel about Round 2 sometime, like I say there are some nice items up for grabs, and I just want the Sealed Containers. But thanks to those that turned out, and died multiple times.

I'm thinking an ideal setup for it would involve NIN/DRK NIN/WAR BRD/NIN WHM/SCH RDM/DRK. Double March on the NIN's and haste would stop that bloody awful Wrath Of Gu'dha move doing the damage it was last night. We would also have the extra stun from the NIN/DRK. I can see it is going to be one of those slow and steady affairs, similar to Charybdis. Also, the NIN's can deal damage the whole time, using NI nukes when it goes invulnerable to Physical, and back to katanas when it goes the other way.

I'm gonna go back tonight for sure, it was refreshing to do something unknown, it was like old time Smile Thanks again guys cheers

Yeah, apparently some of them are soloable, so if nobody else is about, I'm gonna give one of those a go. Might have to wait until I have addressed my buffer situation on RNG though. Anyone fancy a merit party on Statues in sky later? We can try and get some Diorite at the same time.

Think your over thinking the set up a bit mate. Although agree a brd would be useful.

I was actually tanking him without too much trouble on MNK after Tara went down, only had to hold on shadows timers when I didnt have haste. A blm or a drk would be nice for stun though.

Think we just got unlucky with re-raise & stuff or would have had him.

Idm helping out had a laugh, but yeah did loose 5k on rdm & 3k on mnk lol.

It's good practice for low manning stuff for sure, I don't mind coming NIN. Save Tara's exp, and it's the only job I have a buffer left on XD

I really want that damned hat, but I don't want to piss you all off in the process by losing your buffers. I have to stick at this though, I really want to wear a quadav face, on my head.
