xbox360 clear cache ffxi issues

sorry bout the late reply but i was having the same issue to an extent with my xbox after it got back from being fixed only way i could get it to install and read the disk was to reformat the harddrive hope it helps. My xbox wouldnt even read the disc until i did the format.
